Outlaw Trail Ride 2008   
Instructions for Registering       

                                   

1.  Read Welcome Letter

2.  Read General Information and Rules & Regulations

 

3.  Using your internet browser's Print function, Print out the Assumption of Risk Form and the Registration Form (one for each rider)

4.  Complete both forms

5.  Make sure you sign and date both forms (Parents or guardians if the rider is under 18 at the time of the application)

6.  Attach a check for $1100.00/person (made payable to Outlaw Trail, Inc.);  if you sign up before May 1st, 2008, after that it will be $1250.00/person.

*Fee must be paid in full at time of registration.*

7.  Make copies for your own records

8.  Snail mail them in to the Outlaw Trail Ride address below or fax to (888) 362-RIDE with a credit card number.  If you get the answering machine touch *9 to bypass the message and the fax tone will come on.
